ANEEL Consumer

If you have had any issues with an electricity company, this app allows you to:

• Register a complaint about a company to the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL);
• Track the responses to registered complaints;
• Check information on electricity tariff rates, consumer rights, and obligations;
• Review the evaluation of the electricity company by ANEEL;
• Provide suggestions, compliments, and reports.

Before filing a complaint with ANEEL, try to resolve the issue with the electricity company. If the problem remains unresolved, make a note of your customer service protocol from the company. This information will be required when filing a complaint with ANEEL.

ANEEL will analyze the complaint and forward it to the electricity company for clarification and resolution of the issue.
